Offers are non-binding until confirmed in writing. Technical changes may occur if they do not affect functionality.
Prices are typically ex‑works and exclude packaging, transport, and taxes. Payments must follow the agreed schedule.
Delivery dates are approximate. Risk transfers to the buyer once goods leave the supplier’s premises.
Delivered goods remain the property of the supplier until full payment is received.
Warranty covers material and manufacturing defects within the statutory period. Improper use voids warranty.
Liability is limited to foreseeable damages. Indirect or consequential losses are excluded unless required by law.
If included, installation must follow the supplier’s instructions. Additional services may incur extra charges.
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the supplier’s registered office.
